East End Project • Sr. Social Strategist

I am currently at East End Project. "Strategically grounded. Creatively unleashed." is the motto of East End Project, and my position embodies both mindsets. With strong strategic abilities, creative eyes and a deep understanding of content amplification and performance analysis, I am able to see a social project through from beginning to end. Responsibilities include:

  • • Support social for clients: Sonnet Insurance, Ecobee, One Academy
  • • Develop fiscal or independent program strategies that push brands forward

Grip Limited • Social Strategy Lead

From 2015 - 2017, I worked at Grip Limited, a Toronto based Advertising agency, which is part of the Dentsu Aegis Network. Responsibilities included:

  • • Work collaboratively with creative and account teams
  • • Develop annual strategy, set performance goals
  • • Channel and content plans for campaign and calendar briefs
  • • Social and creative team liaison on content development
  • • Plan content shoot pre-production, oversee photography
  • • Creative Execution: Including Photography & Video

From 2012 - 2015, I worked at Matchstick Inc., a digital and social media marketing agency located in Toronto. As a Social Media Account Coordinator, I am required to wear many hats, balancing the responsibilities typical of both an Account Coordinator, Digital Stratagist, and a Community Manager, such as:
